If you would like to move forward after our initial call, we’ll ask for an official business requirements document. (Here’s an example.) We will also want to speak with someone on your team that can help us think through any technical needs and requirements for the project.
After that point, we’ll put together a proposal for you.
Budget
What budget should you plan for your custom application? Each project has unique needs and circumstances, and we develop customized solutions for each customer. With that said, we will need to speak with you and learn more about your requirements before we come up with a final number.

If you have a business requirements document already drawn up and you’re ready to start talking about building out your application, then you should expect a minimum budget of $75,000 – 150,000 depending on your needs. Keep in mind that we won’t be billing on a per-seat basis and won’t be locking you in to any long-term subscriptions.
After that initial investment, you’ll want to think about whether you have a team at your company that can support a new system or whether you’ll need help with maintenance, upgrades, and analysis.
