Marketing Director Michael Roberts spends a great deal of time with the healthcare industry both professionally and personally, which gives him the perspective of what stakeholders on either side of the care equation need.

You may recognize Michael (or at least his voice) from the Paradigm Shift of Healthcare podcast, which ran on the Healthcare Now Radio network and focused on the needs of medical practices, larger healthcare organizations, and medical technology companies.

Michael began coding in 2008 and subsequently shifted his attention entirely to online marketing. He completed his MBA in 2018, focusing on the intersection of healthcare and marketing.

After working in the industry for some time now, Michael feels that marketing, as a practice, is far more hectic than it needs to be. He’s currently exploring the role technology can have in reducing that unnecessary stress to free up marketers to be more engaged in their creative work.
